Support and join local community-based conservation organizations such as Friends of Mangrove
Participate in the mangrove planting and conservation programmes organized by government agencies or NGOs.
Visit Nature Education Centres, museums and mangrove reserves to learn more about mangroves ecosystem
Inform the local authority or relevant department whenever there is illegal logging, encroachment of reserves or protected areas, illegal hunting in mangrove reserves.
Do not disturb wildlife in mangrove areas
Do not support unsustainable coastal development projects
Share with your friends and family members on the importance of mangroves
